i wanted a dark brown one, but settled for a light brown one, only to find a dark brown one in river island, going 1000rubles cheaper ><
still, my brogue babies are suede and make me an inch taller :)

bat wanted b&w photos of her taken, so we met up outside the hostel.
funny thing, all these people we knew would come up and strike conversations.
i met so many old friends/ acquaintances.
see, sportiv has this seclusion phenomenon where no one meets anyone outside of their block because there isn't a need to.

 this is ruslan.
i met rus in pushkin in 2006/07 and we hung out almost every week with trips to museum or the very least late night tea sessions in his room, along with the other kazakh kids.
he now lives 2 rooms away from me and i hardly ever see him or talk to him.
he came up to us today and exclaimed in russian: why aren't you in europe yet? it's summer! since when do you hang around in moscow?

he's done with med school but will stick around and be the prettiest surgical intern in moscow.
